Wow! what a weekend. If I could sum it up in just one word, it would be "Powerful". I have been given the gift of "Excellence". I can not really express fully the energy that I have found. This was a "Tell the Truth" weekend. Be real, the only person you are lying to is you. Let go of your image and start walking your walk. With the tools that I have already been given with Alanon, I was able to more quickly then others get intun with what my HP was telling me and feel it. I was able to listen and really hear what the speaker was saying, I was able to feel and not have it hurt me as much as it has to hold it inside. I was told this weekend was about finding out who I was....What I walked away with was, I really didnt know that how I was walking around was how fully I could. We all have issues in our life, I have to take ownership for what is mine and let go of what isint. Being 100% accountable to only my things. Being able to tell the truth about it and move forward. I have a much clearer picture of how I want to communicat with me, my children, and even my ex. I am much more clam then when I started this weeknd. I have unresolved issues in my life that now I feel I am able to resolve.
