Funny thing happened at my meeting last night

Hi all,

Back in the beginning of October I had to get a new Driver's License and I did that. Well in my area they give you a paper license and then mail you a plastic one about two weeks later. So I got my plastic one about mid-October and took it to work to make a copy for work for the insurance so I can drive a work vehicle if I need to. Anyway- I couldn't find it, and didn't want to spend $15 when I was sure I would eventually find it. Well time was running out because my paper license expires on the 20th of this month.

Last night I went to a meeting and I really wanted a soda it has been a while since I have had one. I thought I had some change in my wallet, well boy was I wrong. My daughter is in the 1st grade and they have been using coins in her homework. And since it was just coins my "A" probably didn't think to let me know they robbed my change.

(I found out later that was what happened. He apolgized, and I said there was no need to it was her homework and all and I usually don't have more than $2 in coins, no big deal. He had a purpose for being in my wallet, and I wasn't around to ask so do big deal.)

Anyway- I was 30 cents short of my pop. I went out to the car to dig around for change (I really started questioning my sanity when I am hunting for enough change to by a pop. Especially since the reason why I haven't had one in so long is because I haven't put it on my diet even though I drink only diet pop, I am only having water.)

Well I did not find the change, but I found my license It had fallen out of my purse and was under my seat. I had searched that car so many times it isn't even funny. But there it was, I never looked there.

LoL, if I hadn't given in to my craving and was crazy enough to tear my car apart for some change. I never would have found my licsense until I had bought another one.

Gotta love the sense of humor that my HP has. Oh yeah, I never did drink the soda!

Much Love,
