I agree with cdb, we all make mistakes or more we all do things out of
desperation and then later ask, "why the heck did I do that?"

Hax has not made a secret of that fact that he is suffering from depression.

This is an illness not unlike any other. I know when I am depressed and desperate
I do things i wouldn't if i was feeling well.

I cannot answer for hax as to what made him choose Oregon. I sure would rather
be homeless here than cinncinati spell? I will miss his updates and vents, to me
it was so humbling that he would share his courages move. I hope he will
keep in contact with me as i watch him grow and thrive.

I wish Hax had asked privately to the sisters and brothers he knew for help,
rather than do it so publically. But to be honest I did not think it a problem until it
went on so long.

New comers would get the wrong idea. But again, I was actually just as ignorant,
becuz i did not catch it was inappropriate until too late.

But I don't judge, I love hax in an alanon sister way. He has always greeted me,
[oo] (c: when he saw me! Always made me feel i was wanted in the room and on the
board.

To me it is just a bump in the road and we just talk it out, forgive and ask for
forgiveness and go on and value each other the same. It is the issue we attack not the
person.
I hope WHEN I goof, everyone will treat me with respect and understanding.

I have known John probably longer than most of you. Believe me, when he makes a
decision or when he makes a statement, he means it.

Where it may seem harsh to some, and make some others mad, what would we
have with out him?

I guess I don't see any rights or wrongs, just circumstances we ALL needed to look
at and fix.
