EGO = (Edging God Out) Taking credit for something you haven't earned.

Pride = Taking credit for something you have earned.

I know pride can be a double edged sword.

But, I am proud Today of the way I have reacted and not reacted to the Alcoholic behaviors.

We need praise when we overcome the urge to control our Alcoholics.

My therapist let me know I was doing a good job.

Everyone here is doing a good job.

Take time to remember where you were and how far you have come.

It is a long hard road and life has been patiently waiting for you.

I like racking up the good days. 

I read a lot of painful messages and we all need to let go of the bad and enjoy and remember the good days.

I hope you find your happy days.
