twelve steps workbook??

Thanks to all that replied to my "slipping again" post.

I am working on a lot of what was said, you all just reminded me of what I already know.  I really feel bad when I go off the deep end because I know my a is trying and I think that my foolish reactions are pushing him away.  I know that I can't cause him to drink lets get that straight.  But my addiction is him and food.  I am about 10 pounds heavier than I want, it would seem that that wouldn't be such a big problem but I find myself constantly looking for comfort in food and him.  Neither one really pans out but my butt is spreading, lol.  Anyway, I went looking for books yesterday to help me work the steps, you know a step workbook.  I wanted one that can really help me though.  I found "A Womens way through the twelve steps workbook" has anyone used this book and do you feel it is really geared towards us, was helpful, did it provide baby steps.

Do you have any better suggestions??

Thanks Holly

My favorite book to use in working the steps is Paths to Recovery.  I feel it has some very good explanations of the steps, and then questions at the end of each step which if you really answer in detail (that means no simple yes / no answers LOL) helps you to look at the step more in depth.  Helps to discuss these questions with others too.  I have used them a few times in our Thursday night Step Meeting here when we have a lull in shares.  And wow, tossing out those questions in the meeting really gets the hands going up!!
