forced retirement

Well Friday was a down day for hubby and me he was forced to retire from his stressful

job he will be 67 in Sept and really I feel it is a blessing in disguise he was getting so

tired he kind of wanted to go another year but I dont think in my heart he would have

made it without getting sick or something. I do ask for your prayers that we can

deal with all the adjustments ahead with strength courage and wisdom.  As the saying

goes if u pray why worry,if u worry why pray......luv Busbe

Praying for you that you will  both find serenity in retirement. Maybe the timing was good if it was a stressful job, I know there are lots of adjustments to make in retirement, especially finacial. May the pace of life slow down for you so that you can find the peace of not having to work and will get to enjoy the little things in life. I just read cdb's post about the serenity of the nature around her right now. Sure sounds heavenly!! Right now, life is crazy for me and I can't help but be envious, maybe a walk on the beach..? Yeah, sure sound good!! Take care. love TLC
