Hi,

Maybe it was just a mild anxiety attack. I know when things are good sometimes we are unconciously waiting for the other shoe to drop.

I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it keeps happening. Emotions are funny things and we cannot control them.

Busbe,

Just a thought....I was so use to being in chaos a good majority of the time, when things were calm and serene...it would be like an alarm would go off in me.......that told me I needed to conjure up my fears.....better this was to good to be true and something dreadful was about to happen.  Yes, this was insanity.......but the uneasy feelings were something I was accustom to.......I didn't know how to act because I was so use to reacting.

I don't know if this makes any sense, but these feelings are starting to subside.

Love,

Lucy2

Hi,

It nevers hurts to make sure your physical body is in good shape, so if you're not under Doctors care, go have a check up.  If you are, let your doctor know.  Ya know, just to be relieved.  Also have you been to recent meetings in al anon, it might be a good idea to go to some meetings.  I hope the food was good!

I've also heard of charting when you have these feelings down.  This way you might see a pattern to tell your doctor about.  Like for example: they only happen at night; or only with a certain person; or only when I haven't eaten; etc.

It was an anxiety attack Busbe. I have never had one but my sister has them often. Out of nowhere comes abject fear. The fear does not define itself; it is simply there. Various levels of terror strike her for no obvious reason. But underlying it all, there IS an obvious reason...for her and for you. As was suggested, check to be sure your physical health is good, and speak to your doc about these feelings. Medications can help. Left unchecked, anxiety can harm you mentally and physically. Good luck. Diva
