to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
I have been to some terrific workshops...now our group is planning a one day. They want to have a panel...but I remember some terrific work groups. Where do those ideas and supplies come from? Does world service have resources? Anything on the net? The things I am looking for divided people into groups with articles, or art supplies and then one person from the group moved every 6 mins or so....was great for learning and sharing..... Thanks! We just had a retreat in our area. They kept it simple. We divided in groups, 3 times throughout the day, changing members, each time. We had a Topic each time to discuss for one hour. We choose Step One, Step Two, Step Three. We had handouts of poems, prayers, but I would say they were all alanon approved. We all got to take home an "angel" to carry in our pocket, purchased through Hazelden I believe.
