The material presented
here is not Al-Anon Conference Approved Literature. It is a method
to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
I picked up my blue book "How Alanon Works for Family and Friends" and began to read about the slogans. Was pretty interesting how we study this slogan and really study the "Let Live" part very thoroughly, but we forget the "LIVE" part. The "LIVE" part is for US, and we have a right to a good life, it's what our HP/God wants for us. Learn something new everyday.
I, read that book too, very helpful. I agree with you!!! Everyday I read to learn, everyday I also pick to do something for myself EACH day. It has helped me tremendously!
