I have only been to one business meeting. When a topic such as meeting etiquette is discussed is their a time limit as to how long a person can talk and how many people can share their opinion? Is this something that will need a group vote? And, how long is the business meeting suppose to or going to last? Thank you ,,,cdb :)
Just wanted to let you know that I am not ignoring your questions. I am new at chairing the business meetings and I will strive to get the answers to your questions before the meeting Wednesday evening. It was my understanding that cindy would be speaking to this agenda item. I am not really sure what will be happening with it.
I think the business meetings last about one hour and one-half, but there again that is something I need to check.
Perhaps if one of the senior members see your questions, they could reply to you in the event I cannot get the answers for you before Wedensday evening.
Be assured, cdb, I will do my best to get the answers for you.

It is difficult for me to determine how the agenda item, "Open Chat and Meeting Etiquette," will be conducted. To ensure this item is handled appropriately, it is my intent to defer the topic to Cindy who is in charge of protocols for the room.
Kis has already responded with regards to the meeting time to be 1 1/2 hours and I thank her for letting you know this. Hope to see you at the meeting.
