to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
I am aware of f2f meetings, but have difficulty making them, as between working a full-time job and pursuing my education I don't have much time left. That is why these online meetings are great. Although, I find that it would be nice to get out on occasion. However, I think that is more due to my overloaded schedule. I was able to get to church this morning with my kids and find that if I have that at least once every week or two that is adequate on getting me through also. I also have planned on getting back to the gym in the mornings before work, as the work outs contribute to positive thinking. This is probably due to the natural chemicals that increase, such as seretonin levels-- the same ingredients that make up anti depressents. In addition, stress is released which contributes to relieved health problems typically associated with stress. I know what I have to do because I've done it over and over again during our off/on relationship of three years. This time though really took its toll on me. I believe it's because I have finally accepted the fact that him and I will no longer reconcile-- I had to walk away for my health, both mentally and physically. :) Thanks for everyone being here.
