If anyone of my Al-Anon OP's can recitify this, I would appreciate it. I was in and then went back a little later and was found myself banned. I know you don't really mean it.

your IP
and
possibly
stop
being
listed,
visit:
http://www.ahbl.org/tools/lookup.php?ip=68.189.246.195

A server somewhere has your isp number on a spam blockers list, and in order for other network servers to take their bans off you, you need to get taken off this list.  When you do that.. Guess what will happen????
