Dear Sisterlylove -
I sought out help to cope w/my husband's drug addiction almost 2 years ago and this is the place I found. It isn't where I go to get him help but to get help for myself, my own recovery, my own understanding. There are many here dealing w/alcoholism only. But there are others like me who are dealing w/alcoholism and drug addiction at the same time. Addiction is addiction regardless of the vice in my book. If you are looking for recovery for yourself, a way to help cope w/the ups and downs in your life when dealing w/an addict, a place you can go and say what you are feeling and thinking and get honest input as to how others are coping, you are in the right place. I have found so much love and understanding here. I was greeted with open arms and can honestly say that I couldn't have continued on my journey to recovery w/out my wonderful MIP family.

So WELCOME TO MIP!

Sincerely,
QOD
