Anger slipping out

Our internet connection was down at work for almost 2 days. I had a lot of work to do, so on the 2nd day I drove home to use my internet connection. Meanwhile, I have not been happy with my job or the way I am being treated. There are a lot of games being played and I am getting caught in the middle. Anyway, I was at home working on an invitation for an event being held for one of our clients. My boss called and asked what I was doing. I said, "I am working on the resume". LOL I meant to say invitation. My anger is slipping out. The old me would have been so scared about losing my job. The new me thought it was hilarious that I made a Freudian slip like that to my boss. It is so strange how things come out when they aren't expressed. I've tried expressing them, but he doesn't care. He acts like my concerns are ridiculous. He's the type of person who doesn't take you seriously until you're walking out the door to another job and asks why you didn't say anything.

kissers,

Doesn't it feel just great to have that underlying confidence to do that? I attribute that to working the program and my HP. It is also learning that you don't have to take being treated poorly anymore.

In support,
Nancy
