The good news is that I have access to my dogs. The bad news is that I have not been sent or given the rescue groups that were promised to me. I was supposed to get emails about them but they never materialised. That makes me very very leery of asking anyone for anything at all.
The bad news is that not one but two people in the house I rent are acting out. I think it seems like in active alcholism if an A is told no they go out of their way to defy rules.
I am so so so so so so sick of it. I think the landlord is just sittng around and doing nothing. He knew the peope were trouble but he rented anyways. Easy money. After all he does not have to deal with it. I do.
i am trying to work out some place I can go with my dogs. I probably wont' get it. I am really super seriously worried about one of my dogs. I know the stress of living with the A is getting to her.
The A's behavior is no better. He sits in a total self involved world of "poor me". He has no sense of reality, he has no sense of priority, nothing. He wants the world to respond to him and if it doesn't he's the ultimate victim.
And of course nothing but nothing compares to his incredible suffering.
And of course it all has to be his way!!! or he will fight till he's dead.
And of course he's damaged the truck what else would he do? He couldn't not do that.
And of course guess who will have to pay for it because he has no intetion of paying for it unless life is entirely on his terms....
hang in there!!! the power of positive thinking can sometimes make the difference for me. sometimes fake it till ya make it holds true. when it really starts getting to me, i know i need to make phone calls, get to meetings, and/or do some stepwork.

I will continue prayer for you as well that you and the dogs can get to a place of safety and peace. Sometimes when it appears that there is no hope to a situation, HP presents another option. Keep looking for the other options, they will present themselves eventually. Keep your chin up, girl.

Does this mean that you got the truck back? I hope you took it while you had the chance! It sounds like things are getting a little better at least. Have you tried looking into low income housing or section 8 or subsidized apartments. I'm gonna send you this cool link for the usda housing program which helps low income folks buy houses and can even subsidize part of the mortgage payment.
I had a huge argument with the A this morning. He just can't understand why people don't all fall in line around him. The issue is he still has no humility after all he's been through. I had to send his aunt to get him. He was literally stranded with no money for food, no dog food nothing. What a state to get into!
What does he do turn around and come back to nothing making nothing.
I didn't take the truck because he's living in it. I am not yet at the point where I can take his living quarters. Maybe I will get there.
In the meantime the truck is damaged yet again and needs to bs serviced. If it doesn't get serviced it will probably be damaged beyond repair.
I am so so so so so sick of his grandiosity and total denial.
I was glad to see my dogs but I am absolutely heartsick that he is not taking care of them properly.
