Spring has finally come! While there is still snow on the ground, I can see little signs of life that the changing of the seasons is here. Pipers Kitty is bouncing off the walls, ready for the warm weather so she can chase mice, moles and leaves. We are getting ready for hubby's operation at the end of April and he is cramming in as much play time as he can without being careless. I am starting my spring cleaning ! As much as I can whine about it, I do like changing over the flowers etc. They are even plastering and painting the apartment building. Take a few moments each day to enjoy what is around you. The sun, the flowers, the loving lick of a kitty or dog or iguana! Enjoy what is here! Life is too short not to!
I wanted to take this time to wish you all a HAPPY SPRING! This is a time of renewal and change. Let us take the time to be extra good to ourselves, make the best of even our worst situations. Change can be frightening as well as positive. Changing ourselves is the most frightening thing I know. But I have some things to work on, and that is my goal. I need to better myself as well as make things better for the people I love. I need to be a positive example for them. How can I preach what I don't practice?
So here's to the changing of the seasons as well as ourselves! We are soooo worth our recovery. Love and blessings to all my sweet family here.

Beautiful sentiment. It is truly spring here. My parents have a circular drive and they have planted bluebonnets in the center. They are blooming already.
It is a great time of year! Very symbolic and a good queue to work on ourselves.

Ditto, Kari, hubby and Pipers! My hubby and I cannot wait to ride the motorcycle, work in the yard, do some much needed work on the inside and outside of the house.
