i too was feeling concerned that this board was becoming a " let me tell you how to do right'' tool.

but,
then my eyes caught the caption at the top of the message board written under Miracles in Progress............,

''THE MATERIAL PRESENTED HERE IS NOT AL-ANON CONFERENCE APPROVED LITERATURE. IT IS A METHOD TO EXCHANGE INFORMATION, IDEAS, FEELINGS, PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS ON A PERSONAL LEVEL.''

i have learned something from every post i have read here.
