I got word today that a friend of my daughters, 18 years old, was in a skiing accident. He is now paralyzed from his chest down. I know no more than that.
My son, last night, smashed my god son in the face with his snowboard. The plastic surgeon did do a pretty good job stitching him up though. Hopefully it will all be ok.
A bunch of medical issues with a bunch of people lately but these are hitting home too hard.
I really felt I needed to reach out and ask for some prayers.
How's this one. I'll just sustitute your name for me..."Father please surround Linda within your comforting arms and help her fear turn to faith that she and everything around her is all right and will continue to be so." The long stuff just always puts me to sleep and I can only imagine that more than once I have just bored the pants off of my Higher Power.
Will be saying prayers for you.....It's hard to accept why these things happen, I know. My 18 year old cousin has just died from cancer. After four years of fighting it ...... Life is hard, and gets even harder for everyone...... Just keep comming back....
