Yep I can swear like a sailor when I want to but I won't bore you with it. Or myself. My A is out of jail with a new charge .... operating a vehicle without owner's consent. But the funniest part he had consent but she is married and can't explain the whole situation to her husband. I'm accepting what that really means but my jaw is tight and my neck is stiff. When he told me this and that his lawyer bill will be X amount, I did the right thing. How important is it? How important is it? How important is it? Considering that I have been in the process of getting a divorce for almost a year, not very important ... just feelings and feelings are neither right or wrong good or bad they are just feelings.
There was a time that I would have felt responsible for helping with the lawyer fees, would have went to bat for him, would've should've could've .... ahh well.
Another eye opener .... losing everything about us was not enough to give up drinking but it appears that the fear of going to jail is worth it. Has a job application lying on the table too. Might keep him out of jail, too bad being responsible about our house and credit wasn't enough ....
I know my HP is doing the best for me but it is at times like these I want to scream why can't one thing in this process go the easy way?
Sorry my last few posts have all been venting anger yuck stuff.
I understand exactly where you are. My AW came home with undenyable evidence that her "night out with the girls" included at least 1 guy. I am impressed by your rational of how important is it. In light of taking care of you... any way. I think you are doing great.
Sounds like time for a hot soak in a tub. Doesn't sound like he will be bothering you for a while.

I can now see the alcoholism in the A's issues with paying bills and credit issues. I could not before. He is contantly in some battle with someone about the bills. I know I do not want to live this way anymore. I also know I have been in major denial for most of the last 6 years. Then again when you veer from one crisis to the next I think that's the norm.
