I guess I may have, by my reactions last night with his sister, and since we are in an interraional relationship. I said the wrong thing. I said,
"my family does not act so irrational" I yelled at him today to get hm to understand that he was really just brougt up by a wife-beating alcoholic. I said since my family isn't like that, that is was a "black thing" Wrong thing to say. he really took it to mean the N word, and I didn't mean it. Maybe I did. I dont' know. I am sleeply, confused,

Well...
It's definately not a black thing. Physical abuse belongs to no particular ethnicity, color or class. The same with alcoholism.
