I am trying so hard not to get angry. I have to work tonite from 9pm to noon tuesday.

The old man was suspicious last nite. If I was in another room , he would come look for me. He said where was the boss lady, She must have a boyfreind is why she is not working weekends. Sheesh she is there Fridays & Sundays usually. The old man must have slept all day during the weekend. He slept last nite 10:30pm to midnite, then off and on till 2am, went outside for a few minutes on the porch. He woke up at 4am to pee and said he thought it was later and stayed awake until 6am. He got up turned on the coffee pot and finally went to sleep till 8am. Now mind you I did not sleep when he slept the whole time. He was up and down at least 6 times during the nite.

I guess I went into overdrive. I was not sleepy. I got his breakfast soon after he got up. Went thru our daily routine. My last hour, He was sitting on the porch & says as I was going to the mailbox. We have to screen his mail. He throws out important stuff without thinking twice about it. He only gets junk mail. He says to me " Do you want to go to town with me?" I am thinking great here we go again. He has his truck keys hidden in the truck so I parked my car in his way when I got to work. I told him no I had to leave soon. I come back from the mailbox and he says "would you move your car so I can go. I have to buy cement." I told him "his son said yesterday he was going to buy it for him and bring it by" I said the other lady told me. He was ok and said "he did?"   I went on into the house. He comes inside and finally sits down and watches tv. He tries to go to sleep. Boss lady said not to let him  get to REM. Make noises so he can not get really asleep so he will sleep at nite. I finally pulled my car up so the other lady could block him in after I left. boss lady said she is sick of it too and will ask the son to remove the truck if the old man keeps it up.

The son had to move the old washer and dryer that has been in the yard a few weeks now to the son in laws yard. They think his son would want it. His father was going to take it to the place in town ( dump place) to get it out of the yard.

So I got home around noon thirty. lol I see my A, Tina has run over the pan we have to put under the leaking gas tank on the truck. I had asked he to remember to get it before driving. I said nothing about it. I asked the friends she housesat for if she had read my letter. She said she did look at it. Sheesh she acts like she did not. I was told I should go to bed when I get home and not get on the computer because I am a grump. She left her bags at their house and has to go back to get it.

Well I told he I was going to bed. I told her I had to get gas before going back to work. She said she would go to gas station while I slept. I swear the dogs have all barked the whole entire time I have tried to sleep. I have put on gun muzzle headphones to drown out the barking. I asked her to take care of the windows if it starts to rain. The next door neighbor came over and is going to push mow just to have something to do. Tina got a tire we had in the yard on the lawn tractor and is mowing. It starts pouring rain. I get up and go take care of the windows. She is still on the riding lawn mower.Mowing in the rain. She is sober. believe it or not! I tried to go back to sleep so now she brings in the nieghbor and the dogs bark more.

I finally got maybe an hour or more sleep. I got up around 5pm. She tells me she has dinner ready. I suggested she take the clothes to the lady we tried to see earlier this month. She is taking the neighbor tommorrow. I have a hound dog continually barking as I am trying to watch a movie I rented. Try watching a movie with headphones on and reading the close caption with the sound all the way up. We were watching Oprah and she gets all pissy (something I said? not sure) and goes outside to mow somemore. She was nice about it.

The neighbor that is here helping told me yesterday he has seen a couple of nieghbors kids open our gate and come on our property when we are not home. I told Tina this on Sunday. She is like oh well we can not prove it. She tells me that last saturday when we ran out of gas. She got a ride with the neighbor with the kids. The boy is telling he how he wants to come over and meet our dogs. She said when we are home it would be ok. but not when we are not home. She does not think that our dogs beating each other up is not related to them trespassing. So I look outside a few minutes ago, the nieghbors boy is in our yard talking to Tina. The dogs are barking like crazy. I look outside again. two more neighbors are outside now.

I know I am tired and cranky. Oh, I had a short list for her to do tommorrow when she takes the next door neighbor to town. She has to take 3 dogs to the vet. She can not understand directions and has no inclining to learn how to get around. I asked where the list is. she mutters something. I got closer & she says oh nevermind. I can not hear.  I do have hearing problems but she clams up when I do not hear her the first time. The list I made? It is on my table. I said that is ok I will do it when I go to town on Wed. I only have to be at work by 2pm too. I have a 10 am appt. 

I called my contact person for Alanon meeting I go to. I told her about my experience at the last meeting. She said she could see both sides. She saw that the poem related to AlAnon but they have to keep C.A.L. in the meeting.She did not think he tried to hurt me. I do have issues with my father & "constructive criticism" I had talked to my counselor this week and told him what happened. He said I should look for a new group. One more supportive.  

Well I think the dogs did not bark for the past hours, yipee. The next door neighbor had come back over to mow some more it looks like it is going to rain again. This is so insane. I have no where to go where I can sleep without the continual barking. hmmm I have to find somewhere. I had 74 hours this week but boss lady gave a few hours to the young girl. I said good.

I am sitting here with a 6lb dog in my shirt, her sister at my back,her mom a toy poodle in my lap & step dad , chewie( toy man terrier) under my chair. They slept with me plus auntie melba, a mini poodle.
