I finally did it!!!!

I gave 4 weeks notice at work!!!!!!!!

God , what a relieve!!! I havent spoke about my job, so i put you into a picture. I work for hot tub company last 3 years. I loved it since day one, i had fantastic people around and work was always fun. About a year ago my boss stoped coming to the office and we had to deal with stuff that sales people ussually dont have to. It was that bad that people start leaving. I had company car that was taken away from me, company mobile phone and so on. My boss is compulsive gambler, i learn that months ago. He is going to loose fantastic business. I drive to work and takes me 2 hours from my day which i dont get paid for. Every single month a have te beg for my money, they crew me anyway. My only colegue left last month and i'm the only sales person in here. Yesterday morning i walked to my bosses office and gave him notice. He thought i was joking, but i gave him that in writing. He didnt even offered me more money or anything. After 3 years with no free weekends!!!!!

My Abf/in recovery was sooooo great when i said to him i want to leave. He gave me the courage and said not to be worried about my next job. I worked had last couple of years, and he said i deserve some time off. It was the sweeatest thing you can ask for. I'm so proud of him. He really mean it, he will be more that happy if i stay at home and just enjoy myself for a while. I will help him a little bit with his business and we will travel a bit around Europe. Its a dream. I wish that kind of support and love to everybody.

So, in 4 weeks time i'm free from stress and start enjoying my life little bit more.

Love Daisy

(((Daisy)))

Good for you!!!  Doesn't it feel so great to finally move on from whatever is holding you down.  And you can really feel the burden of it, whether it be a job, relationship, etc.

I envy you for getting to travel a bit and for your wonderful support from your AB - it is so great to hear good news.  Way to go!  Live in your new journey of life with gusto and appreciate every moment!!!

Have a great day, love in recovery,

HeidiXXXX

Good for you daisy!  What a courgeous step, but remember when God closes a door, He opens a window!  You will find your way.  You are worth much more than a dead-end job, working too much sucks the life right out of a person!

Many blessing to you as you continue your path.  Here's to Daisy!  Woo-hoo!

Love in Recovery,

Becky1
