The 12 Steps

I keep hearing about the 12 steps.  May I ask how to learn more about this part of the program?  If anyone can guide me to what literature I should get, that would be appreciated too!  I've also heard something about a Daily Blessing book?  Thank You!

Hello,  The best conference approved Alanon book on the steps is "Paths to Recovery". They take you through and explain them thoroughly, and have questions you can answer to help with your work. You can order this book here or on the Alanon website. It's also good if you can find a sponsor who has done the steps and sometimes there are step meetings or workshops you can go to. Here at this sight, the Thursday night meeting is a Step meeting.(9 PM eastern time) I have gotten so much healing from the steps; this is worth your investment of time and energy. Best wishes,  D-Anne
