Book SEarch

Are there any good books out there about the alcoholic in recovery . . . how this affects the marital relationship?

Also, I'm looking for Blueprints book (4th step guide), but Amazon doesn't have it in stock . .. any suggestions?

THanks :)

Check the Hazeden website.  They are all about recovery, all kinds.  It's a non-profit organization for addiction.  If you look on the back of the books such as More on the Language of Letting Go, it is published by them.  Do a google search for recovery too.  Hope this helps.

Live strong,

Krise,

I really liked the book the Dilema Of The Alcoholic Marriage.

Do you attend face to face meetings? I know that is where I have been able to get most of the books in my recovery library including the 4th step book. Just a thought.

Yours in recovery,

"Getting Them Sober" by Toby Drew Rice is an excellent book... there is a post today on it on this board.  It is very very simply written and very great for answering questions.  I re-read it pretty often...
