Lets see Saturday I worked 8pm to 8am. I paid a neighbor to take me and pick me up or so I thought. Sunday morning I waited until 9:30 no ride. I started to walk. I could not call because lightening killed the phone.  I walked about 2 miles to a bridge. I surprised myself on how fast I was able to walk. I sat down & read my daily readings , resentments, laughing at myself & I forget the third. But the first two were me that day for sure. I got up & began to walk again I live about 15 miles from him. I got about 3 miles & a vehicle past me like the last 20 or so. I kept praying if I am meant to get a ride. My HP will send someone. It was overcast and cloudy so not too miserable to walk. The last vehicle got up ahead turned around and came and picked me up. They asked if I needed a ride. I fought back tears. I was mad. They took me about half way to resturant where I knew some people. the owners live near me. The owner doesn't really know us. I asked if my neighbor, rick had been in yet. yes and had left already. She asked the couple that was about to leave to give me a ride the rest of the way.I thought I walked 5 miles but I think it was about 3 miles. I am so sore & stiff 3 days later.

I got home around 11:00am. My A says you work overtime? I laughed. Well she did not want to mention anything to the neighbor who was suppose to pick me up. It was a misunderstanding. grrrrrr she said she understood I had to walk but they were not aware obviously. I did not get to sleep all day just a few hours that nite.

We ended up buying the lincoln. I need a ride to work at 7am on monday and no one was going to take me. I guess I am suppose to have this ride for now. the drivers window is power and stuck down. they said it had 96000 miles on it. the odometer does not work how do they know? Well they did get about an even exchange with the camper. I think we came out better end of the deal. Even though they got $100 cash.

I worked 7am to 9pm , the bottom fell out of the sky as I was leaving. It was pouring. I had a red plastic table cloth over the drivers window. ROFLMAO. The wipers are falling apart. I could not see the road it was raining so hard. I did about 30 miles an hour all the way home. On the radio was Metallica " Obey your master"  I was laughing. The sky kept lightening up the entire sky.

I got home & no one was here. I was online till around midnight. My A came home around 2:30 am. I thought she was rude & inconsiderate knowing I had to be at work early again. The dogs all started barking when she came home she told them to hush up. I guess that was nice. I left around 8:30am. She was still asleep. I left her a note asking her to make several calls for me today. I think she made one. to the insurance company. She has different amount than I got.

I asked her to look for a box with some things I have been saving to send to my family in SC. There are about 3 or 4 boxes to go thru. I asked her she said she had looked and found nothing. It did not look like she did so I went thru them and I found $29.11 cash in the bottom of one box. DUH! Yes she looked. I did find the other things I was looking for.

She had picked some outfits for me to wear and got out the suitcase. I had not packed totally yet. She was and has been sober I think . The neighbors next door do not drink nor allow it on their property either. The women has a son who is an active alcholic she does not allow him to bring it over or have it there either. ROLFMAO. She did sit & give me her opinion on several outfits I tried on. that was good. she usually says " it looks good" and does not look.

So I am not letting anything burst my bubble here. I have the bags packed & she says she has an appt at 9:30am, she never told me till today. I got to talk to my Dr on the phone the one whose appt I missed. He is giving new meds for my migraines. catscan is good & mild sleep apnea. so yeah!

I might even have a freind from NC come visit while I am there. My stepmom is funny and will not let me have him stay on the couch even for one nite. we are just buddies. He is like 4 hours away. I have not seen him in about a year. I do so hope he can come down. hmm maybe a koa camp site. he can sleep in his van.

I knew I would not get any sleep. lol I will be back here August 1 about 8pm. bye
