Honor Your Emotions

((((((((((((((Family)))))))))))))))),

If anyone has a copy of Meoldy Beattie's book: More Language of Letting Go, this month's topic is theme is: Learn to Say How it Feels.  I find this particularly relevant for both hubby and I because he's newly sober and I am learning to deal with a newly sober A.

July 12 & 13 readings are about Honoring Your Emotions and Saying It Like It Is. Today's is about Taking Care of Yourself, No Matter What.  If anyone has the opportunity to get a hold of this book, it is well worth it.  If you'd like me to make you a copy of one of the passages please PM me.

Happy Bastille Day!  Love and blessings to all of you.

Live strong,

Karilynn
