Back to work and also working in my yard.It feels so free to beable to be out doors after the long hual healing with my foot.I found I was healing in other ways too...For i was learning patiences not an patient patient..but learned when i was down that this was a reflection to learn within myself.Think I have become more patient with others but was lacking in self.Have had a few things that have kept me busy to not look at what my acctive children (adults) have done and was choicing to do.It was not my bussiness.Found things to work on within me to stay busy with me.working the program has bin a goal daily for me.I found ways to work it to not get caught in others bussiness.The three C's always remind me of that.I am greatful to say I have serenity today.Worry was a noise in my head that usaly could make me sick.Letting go of it and turning it over to my HP (God) has helped with serenity as well as taking the worry away.I even said no to one family member.That is something I tend to have troubles with in past.Wanting to help but it really wasn't helping it was enabling.Enabling is a fine line for me if I THINK(slogan) before answering I tend to not get mixed in that mold.Sponcering others has helped me working it as well.for I have found my focus is not on my kids it is on program with program people.My Alanon Aniversary is Augest 4th it will be 28 years...I was asked to speak I have always had tummy turns before speaking.My new Share in my lead (story as a speaker ESH) Will be how helpful you all were when in home healing for the last 8 weeks.That even though I could not get to f2f I was able to reach out and have hugs comfort and suport from all of you.Also prayers from all over the world.Very greatful for your love and comfort during my down as well as good days thank you love sharon/angel
