He's driving drunk now!!!

Hi Everyone!!!

I just thought I'd pop in here and see what was new, and came across Jennifer's post about calling the police on someone driving drunk. OH MY GOSH!! I know for a fact that right now as I'm writing this my "A" husband is out there on the road driving intoxicated and what I wouldn't do to be able to have his butt arrested BIG TIME!!!! It's what he needs, be-cause all the asking and pleading for him to stop doing it hasn't got me anywhere!!! My little brother was killed by a drunk driver and I could kick myself in the butt for ever marrying one!! He was only 21, and he was doing the guy and his wife a favor when the accident happened. The guy also killed his wife and 18 month old baby, and only served 18 months in jail for taking 3 lives!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! Anywayzzzz...my "A" husband has been out on his boat also and he's got a friend with him. It is 10:01pm...and it's dark, and it's Saturday night...I really do pray his butt will get pulled over before he does something he'll regret later!! We live in a very small town, and EVERYTHING goes in the newspaper here!! His dad will throw us out of here! We live in a trailer on his parent's property, and don't have to pay any rent...but it would just kill his dad if HIS son does get picked up!! I think it would be more embarrassing really. His dad is well known in this town. I have posted before that I have the money and the divorce papers ready to go...I'm just waiting for the right time to get out of here, because I don't want him to know just yet. So...yes...sometimes I pray that him getting locked up would be the opened door I nee. UH OH....he's here.....I'll write more later!! Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!                Korinne

Hi afmom, I responded to your post in a PM ~ you'll see it near the top of the Board.

You look pretty new here, wanted to extend a warm welcome to you, glad you found our wonderful site.  In case you are unaware, we also have a chat room that is open 24/7 & we have meetings on-line twice a day, everyday.  it has helped me a lot, say I can't sleep at 4 am, to go into chat & be able to vent or just LOL with people that understand & relate to what I've gone through.

Writing helps a lot, hope you keep coming back.

Well when I was first here i started praying and turning it over when he was out. I stopped taking responsibility for his actions. That helped a lot with resentment.
