information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
When I was working with Betty she gave me several typed pages on slogans, acronyms, and lots of interesting stuff. Lately an alanon friend and I are going through the sheets together. It's kind of like co-sponsoring. Two examples on the sheets from Betty are:
-ASK: Ask, Seek, Knock
-FEAR: Future Events Aren't Real
And so I made up one for myself: GRACE: Growing, Recovering, Adapting, Centering, Earnest
