I had a very good day & now I am 60! I never thought that I would be so happy to be my age & hit this milestone! I am so grateful to be alive & in recovery. The love of my life helped me celebrate & I couldn't ask for a better partner in life. It is a wonderful place to be & I never had it so good!

God is so good! I feel so close to HIM & know He is working all things for good in my life!

My suggestion for anyone who is struggling with the disease of alcoholism in any form, keep hanging in there & never ever give up! I wouldn't be here in such a positive place if I had given up. Reaching 60 with a good outlook is exactly where I want to be. And, nothing happens in God's world by mistake. I know I am exactly where I should be.
