Although Betty has been gone since right before covid, many things she taught me have stuck in my head.  I like this one:

Good Morning Lynn, What a pleasant surprise to see you are still trying to keep MIP alive. I miss the daily discipline-it helped me find joy in the midst of chaos. The Bettyism is a needed boost since yesterday I lost my serenity and gave up on God. I hope you are keeping well.
