The gist of this reading reminds us that we need to be flexible in order to adjust, we will be making mistakes because we cannot be perfect, and we can learn that making mistakes can be seen as part of our adventure.
Before recovery I was horrified and ashamed whenever I made a mistake or even thought I did. I suffered horribly and constantly worried about what others thought of me. I lived in fear. And from this program I have grown so much, and continue to do so. One foot in front of the other one day at a time. Progress not perfection.
