To Breakingfree:  Hello and welcome back.  At the end of 2023 we were told that whoever took care of MIP was not keeping it going.  We expected MIP to close for good.  But MIP did not disappear, yet most of the membership did.  The moderators are gone, people who know how to get rid of the spammers are gone.  And a couple of us just keep checking in, me for one, as I've been broken hearted that this site is finished. 

As I've looked for a new message board, I couldn't find anything like this one.  I joined our neighboring group, ACOA.  The moderator there, Rosie, recently invited us to be a part of their group, and I've been doing that.  It's a few people we know from MIP, and Rosie shared that ACOA, alanon, CODA, etc., all share a common bond.  If anyone knows how to re-establish MIP, fantastic.  But in the meantime, our neighbors at ACOA are wonderful and I'm comfortable sharing there.  Anyone interested, please post, PM me, etc.  The few people that have continued to check in on MIP, as I have time I'm giving them the info above.  ODAT.  :)
