I am safe guys

It was my insurance co. who ordered surveillance spell, to see the level of activity at  my home. Which is fine, but I am not suppose to see them!

I let her know the horribleness of it and how it could have been so bad. I even put my Lusterpig who loves me on the front porch with blankets! He hates visitors.

My piglist group sent the Sheriff out last night to check on me at about midnight! Wasn't that nice of them??? I am so fortunate to have so many caring people.

I am having trouble breathing. This stress really has this asthma going bad. so I gotta hop in the shower and go do a breathing treatment thingy. I forgot what it is called. My chest feels like someone is sitting on it.

BUT I am serene and happy and so relieved. I am filing a complaint with the sureillance people and my insurance people are too, plus I bet they don't use them again.

It is very ok to check on people, but for petes sake, the person should not know. What a frigging idiot the guy was.

I told her I could have done a better job. Thankyou HP for my Mother who really put it in my head not to trust everyone, and to be as aware of my surroundings as I can be. geez/ But how hard was this as he was on my butt....

off I go. love, debilyn who is so happy and sending you all love and thanks

I have never HEARD of such nonsense as that!! In this day and time, that kind of activity is especially troublesome and unacceptable. What in the world can they be thinking???????? YIKES!

Well, anyway, debilyn, you are safe, and I am breathing a sigh of relief. Diva

It's called a nebulizer and I would turn them in to the State insurance commissioner!

Glad to hear you are safe debilyn.  That experience must have been horrendous for you and I hope the insurance people learned a lesson from it.

I am suprized that they owned up to it.  I am also shocked that they would go to such lengths to monitor the activity in your home.  I worked within a workers compensation setting once and I never heard of anyone being aware of someone watching.  I do know in some settings is it standard for them to have a private investigator.  But the idea is for the private investigator not to be seen not to make the patient/customer aware of it.  Obviously they messed up.  I would imagine you have cause for harassment since you were definitely freaked out.

Personally I would go to an agency to complain like the Center for Independent Living since you are disabled.

I am now in a place in my life that I do not answer the door unless I know who is there. If it is someone for the A I do not answer because I do not want to get in the middle.  I have learned that.  Boundaries are hard for me since there were none as a child.  I do learn boundary stuff over and over.  I work currently in a place where they have timecards and want us to be on the second with breaks, lunch hours (half an hour) and more, yet the supervisor brings in her child to be babysat by people.  I would not have been annoyed by that in the past, now I am boundary conscious I am.  I am not annoyed to the point of being irritated but I notice that stuff.

I know as someone who grew up boundaryless I have not been conscious of boundaries enough, these days I am.  I am incredibly sorry that you were so harassed and freaked out by this incident.  Personally I would not let it go but as someone who is also disabled I know I often do not have the energy to follow up on and really reinforce my idsues. I often have to choose rest over action.
