does anyone use the AA dictionary to go along with the 12 steps?

While doing the 12 steps my sponsor has me using the AA dictionary to look up the meaning of different words. Has anyone else done this?

Our group uses the dictionary at my AA meetings. Usually to settle arguements about meaning of words.

A dictionary is always the best way to discover the meaning of a word.
