I walked through my fears

I walked through my fears w/ some anxiety. My friend from al anon helped immensely. She was there through the whole thing. I am far less afraid than I was.

Today I am back on track & feel like I want to hang out w/ y'all again. It didn't take as long as I thought it would. I am grateful that I can return & be happy

once again. I am also grateful for all of you. I don't know if you pray, but I think the 11th step works. I have been working the steps w/o realizing it. I have

been using some of the slogans too. I haven't been doing it all the time, but I have been living one day at a time. It works if I work it.

My birthday went well as well. I am so grateful that now that I have been able to walk through my fears, I was able to enjoy the time I had w/ my husband.

I was able to not be afraid & enjoy the moments that take my breath away.

Sorry this has such a small font. This computer wouldn't let me a have a larger font.

I am actually looking forward to the future we & can see it happening.

Love you all!

Thanks for being a part of my recovery.

Kathleen

{{{Kathleen}}}. Glad you feel back on track and can embrace alanon to help you stay there. I don't know what would have happened to me had I not found this program. I learn from everyone who writes on MIP so I thank you too. Keep coming back!
