Having had a number of years where my alcoholic son overlooked \ forgot any type of Father's Day greeting, I wanted to offer a "Happy Fathers Day" to those Fathers that are experiencing some distance from their addicted adult child - and, if you're drifting into any thinking that involves "what's my part in their addiction", remember the Three Cs - I didn't cause it, I can't cure it, and I can't control it.
