this is just a suggestion  if your having trouble to send your recipe directly from this website. 


Try: 


writing down the email address from here. which I believe is:   recipe@12stepforums.net.  


   then   open your own browser for *outlook express, yahoo,  aol , whatever it may be  (your own email service.)  


open to write     a new message /  or  compose   new message  


enter the to    email address.,


your subject   for  cookbook recipes      and your  recipe


then  [send]    that way.      hopes this helps.
