Today I Am Grateful...

I'm grateful for:

A roof over my head

Food/heat and all the basic necessities that we all take for granted

All my loved ones

My dog

This place

How about you? What are you grateful for today?

Hello lovelies

Beautiful topic and shares X

I'm grateful for
This supportive space to be heard and to listen to others experiences
For my cat on my lap
My amazing friends helping me with all the pain associated with living with my A
My A for recognizing this week that he needs to go back to AA ( we'll see if action follows his words)
My own resilience and acceptance of my feelings and decision not to flee but to stay and show my feelings are flat and anxious rather than running away cause for this incident that's not being true to the situation
My Yoga mat where I'll stretch my body today
The beach I'll take a walk on later
The glass of water I'm going to drink just now

Smiles and hugs 2 you all

Love, love, love this! I am going to be lazy and say I am grateful for all that you all shared that apply to me and add just a couple...

- Flavored coffee (love starting my day with a great cup of coffee and the God of my understanding)
- Recovery and all that it gives to me

Make it a great day all! (((Group Hug)))

I am grateful for this topic. It got me out of the "oh woe is me" mood. I am grateful that starting Monday our region won't be under full lockdown; I am healthy and my basic needs are met; I am losing interest in changing my AH-more self focused. I am grateful that my childlike spirit is back and that my friends have never given up on me. I am grateful for AlAnon and my desire to immerse myself in the program. I am grateful of self awareness-brevity is not my strong suit-so I'll stop now (smile). Have a fantastic day.

I am coming to this late, SunnyFrogs, but it is such a good post, I just couldn't resist!

I am grateful for:

Not getting COVID - despite working in a field that never stopped working/interacting with patients
The health of my parents and kid - They have been COVID free too!!
My parents getting their second COVID vaccination
My job - Seems silly, but it is now my focus in life, and it provides me with the means to have all that I have.
Al-Anon - but more specifically, the MIP Forum
My Kid - so blessed to have such a caring/compassionate person in my life!
The roof over my head
A car that is paid off and (dare I say it?), running great!
My eyes that allow me to enjoy the colors of nature, and allow me to work
My ears that allow me to hear birdsong and Mozart, Vivaldi, Bach etc!
A loving HP
Curling up with a cat on my lap, and a Keto-Coffee in my hand!
