Yea, lots of bad crap goin on this year with the disease, economy, etc., but even so, I can say THANK you to HP that my needs have been met so far and I am recovering from this latest spasm that I think I caused by jumping the gun and not waiting for the original one to heal, so i piled up insult after insult, but grateful that I can "sort things out" and come up with an RX for what ails me
Grateful that I have folks who care about me and accept me AS IS , no returns
so yea, even in all the manure of 2020, I did find some roses in good folks at my church, good folks at my gym, learning more about my CPTSD and how to at the very least manage it so it does not ruin MORE of my life
Grateful that the weather has been great so far....tho some areas had a tornado watch (we are in Dallas area) the other night, I missed, not only the sirens, but the tornado, so grateful for that
Grateful that I live in a country where I can say what I feel and be sincere and still be free to do that
GRATEFUL so much for all of you guys and this great program that gives me a "shot" at being emotionally sober
I too am full of gratitude today for the many things I call "blessings" in my life! I continue to pray for those states that are the hardest affected by this virus, and I am always happy to see your posts!
Wishing all here at MIP a most wonderful, healthy Thanksgiving!
I am off to cook!! My mother can no longer do this task, so I am grateful that my son loves to cook and considers it "fun" to help me out! LOL! I will truly miss the family gathering, but we are still eating with our immediate "pod" of people, and we will be Zooming with others later in the day.
