level.
I shouldn't say back again; I never really left, I just haven't been sharing, been reading, the equivalent of listening. Nancy and I have been attending a face-to-face meeting once a week, does us a lot of good. Well, it does ME a lot of good, you'd have to ask HER if it's helping her. I'm getting up there in years now but still trying to stay active. Next week I start back to work full-time, usual place. I get lots of opportunities to practice, at work, what I learn in al-anon. Also, we've been reading the CAL book Reaching For Personal Freedom. We're in the Traditions now. The readings and the questions are both very helpful.
I'll try to post more, maybe take in a meeting here from time to time as my schedule permits. Until then.....

Thanks to all for encouraging words. I do a thing up here in December where I dress up in the red suit and deliver gifts to people living in homeless shelters, and transition homes. I still have the belly for it so I figured I'd grow a beard too, that's why I changed the avatar, PnP. I'll keep this one until probably xmas day or so, then I'll be looking for my clippers. I had a sponsor in another fellowship who always encouraged me to give back to my community so that's what I do.

Hey Wolfie, that avatar is a handsome chap indeed...Glad to see you posting, its been a while for me too....awww thats so neat: gifts to people living in homeless shelters.....Lovely thing to do..I used to before they got all strict and all, donate my time at the animal shelters, helping folks pick out homeless pets , connecting 2 legged love with the 4 legged loves...Enjoyed it so much..Now, I do the "beauty shop" thingy with this elderly lady who is a shut in, I cut and style her hair and it does feel good to pay forward the love that I get......Nice to see you.....
