A gratitude share.

I am really grateful today for all the love in my life. The alanon program I feel has been like taking a stroll with a wisdom beyond myself, where everything I've struggled with emotionally, mentally and spiritually, has been lovingly broken down for me, into easy to understand parts with practice exams to apply the learning via real life. I really do see it that way. It's like the framework that is the house of me. It's a solid framework. Recently I had found that no matter what I tried to shift fear it wouldn't go. Today I have had the help I needed to finally not have this fear attaching itself to literally every undertaking of my life since 4 years of age. I do not think I ever would have been able to seek and receive the help I needed, without Alanon including some precious souls on this board. I know that thanks to this loving wisdom beyond myself, this programme, my inner peace and joy can be sustained. I'm so grateful today
