Sorry this is free through today, June 20, the last day. A friend sent it earlier in the week and I forgot til she reminded me today.
It's on being barefoot on the grass to ground the body and heal inflammation, which is the basis for all disease, according to this and I've heard that before from a very accomplished doctor.
((((((((((((((((((((((((Temple))))))))))))))))))))) Barefoot in the grass....and YES, inflamation is the cause of all disease, I agree...I am trying to only eat refined sugars on Friday, my treat, but only on Friday's as RS causes big time inflamation....I drink lots of water that day, to flush out the toxins, but I notice, I am kinda "dense" feeling in my body till about Sat. night.....Walking barefooted in the grass is one of my favorite things to do....Of course the last time I did that during meditation, the other night, I was so into my bonding with self, i stepped in the largest dog turd in the yard.......I had to laugh!!!!!
I love going barefoot!! As a child and a teen, I was almost always barefoot. I can remember walking down to the local liquor store (which in those days sold way more than spirits) completely barefoot and carefree! In fact, I am thoroughly convinced that the "No Shoes, No Service" signs came into being b/c of my generation! LOL!
As an adult, I moved away from this... at first I was going to say, "I don't know why," but I actually do know... just one of the self-care things I put away b/c I was too busy focusing on my AH and my child. But lately, I have been really getting into "grounding." I try to touch the soil at least once a week. Lucky for me, where I live never freezes, so it's can be done, even in the winter!
So Rose, I am sorry, but you gave me the biggest laugh today!!! Mostly b/c like you, I always seem to find the one piece of dog do in my yard (shoes or no shoes)... so I could REALLY relate to your share!!!
