I also did not have any issues. Do you by chance have a different computer or a different web browser on your computer that you can try? Just a suggestion....I too hope help comes along!

I haven't tried again ,I will again try this am and see how it goes,fingerscrossed,
Iah I'm on the same computer I've always used,I have 2 computers I tried both still nothing,
