Asking for prayers for my family and me for health, healing, faith, serenity.
Been through a tough week and a half with hub's medical issues, been getting kids to fly down to help us. I just need support , whatever you can offer.
(((((wp)))))))))) Big hug for you! I'm sorry you you've had a chaotic week. Prayers for you and hubby. I'm glad the kids are flying in to offer support. For some reason the slogan Keep It Simple comes to mind. I can tend to complicate matters with projections about future events, catastrophsize. When I just do what's in front of me and Keep It Simple, I tend to do a better job staying in the present moment. Gratitude at the end of the day particularly during unsettling circumstances has helped with keeping balanced emotionally. What went right today? During these times, I have to search my mind more but I am able to find things. When I do, I realize my higher power has been with me and caring for me. I hope this helped at least a little. Keep us posted, k? TT
