"When your life is filled with the desire to see the holiness in everyday life, something magical happens: ordinary life becomes extraordinary, and the very process of life begins to nourish your soul!" --Rabbi Harold Kushner
"He who laughs, lasts." --Mary Pettibone Poole
If there is any kindness I can show, or any good thing I can do to any fellow being, let me do it, and not deter or neglect it, as I shall not pass this way again. --William Penn
A L C O H O L I C S = A Life Consisting Of Helping Others Live Is Called Sobriety.
I have learned that my actions are far more important than my thoughts.
"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow." --Melody Beattie
"The more you recognize and express gratitude for the things you have, the more things you will have to express gratitude for." --Zig Ziglar
I have learned that my actions are far more important than my thoughts and add to that my words...Actions DO speak louder then words
and being Grateful, or at the very least, makng the best of things, eases the resentment and also, "appreciating" what I HAVE, just maybe I'll see that what I have NOW is enough...
"The more you recognize and express gratitude for the things you have, the more things you will have to express gratitude for." I think so , too..Been practicing this because it is just good karma..good energy and good energy is like chickens...They always come back home to roost..............Just saying
