smile Here's my update on my daughter and family,

we now can talk on phones everyday without messenger ,where is before only way for us to communicate for 4 yrs while they were stationed with air force in Japan,

now daughter and husband ,3 g,sons are stationed in Las Vegas ,Nevada ,

we can actually talk over phone,It felt so good just hearing her voice,

she is glad to be back into the states,

g,sons ages 11,14 and 17 aren't so happy but are adjusting well,

oldest g, son wants to go back November for visit with his girl freind he left behind in Japan.i was sad for him.i hope he gets to go back n visit.

their home is 10 mins outside of las vegas,they haven't the desire to go there yet,still getting settled in new home and she has just few more days off before she has to return to teaching .

so here's my update on my daughter n famly,I miss so much,

i will be flying out to visit as often as I can................thanks ....LU

Hey LU - how lovely to have a phone conversation with your daughter/family! I am glad they are closer and you'll get to go visit more often! Thanks for the update - I was wondering if they'd arrived and how things were going...(((Hugs)))

Thanks for all these wonderful replies ,

Yes it is great to have them back in the states,
Looking forward to hopefully a lots better relationship with each one ,
So far it's been going great on phone,we been trying to plan a good and right time to visit,
Thanks to alanon I've learned so much more now that I can see will only enrich my relationships with my kids.
Even still excited that there's still more to be revealed in my recovery,I'm not there yet,it has been thus far an exciting yet exhausting at times journey for me in recovery...........hugs to all.......LU
