In a few minutes , I am leaving for oral surgery. In the past, I would have been a complete basket case. I wouldn't have slept for a week, and I would be sick literally, to face this procedure. I am a little hungry, and I am a little nervous, but this is the calmest I have been in my entire life facing a medical procedure. I'm sure it's due to Alanon. I feel HP is with me this morning, and I know I am going to be OK. I could not have imagined the long reaching effects Alanon could have on me, but I am ever so grateful. ODAT , Lyne
