LU - the best format I've seen for working this step and the others is Blueprint for Progress. It's nicely presented and gives questions to consider and answer. I've used it a couple times as well as other worksheets found online. HTH!

I review my 4th and 6th step, list how i feel, list my part, understand what defect kicked in and then becomeready to have it lifted by attending meeting , sharing and praying
At the end of the day I check with myself to do a 10th Step to see what caused me to feel uncomfortable, review my actions and uncover my negative thoughts and action .

I will try both ways blueprint for progress and writing it down,I'll look online iah for formats,this might just all work for me,
This has always been a toughie for me not knowing how to do it,I know I need a map or format ,and I need to be doing a inventory everyday if possible,I've just got to find all the diff. Ways of doing it so I can hopefully find what will work for me also,
