Hi everyone,here I am back,I know I don't come here and share often enough,I want to be able to share something that might be of help to someone else that may be going through the same,as I'm been looking into moving to a duplex from living in a house for 18 yrs now,I think it's time to go,I'm been checking in with my hp often as to making sure I'm doing the right thing,

i have been patient ,I know everything's always in hp timeing not mine,I'm grateful for that to,no rushing,no anxieties.

i found a duplex for rent in the next town over ,I've talked to landlord on phone,

seems promising,

still im taking it slowly ,I'll be able to sit down with this lady and talk about it more detail next week hopefully,very peaceful place out from town not far though,just 2 duplexes is all they got and her n hubby lives in one until their house I built,

she told me I could drive up tomorrow to check it out.

im needing everyone's prayers here ,that this will all work out if it's in hp will.

ill soon find out......thank you for always being here,and all the wonderful shares I do come here and read a lot ......y'all are awesome. ,,,,,hugs lookingup these days I do lookup more often,love my program..

Best wishes and good luck...food for thought...go see her and the place ASAP! LOL. If she said she can see you tomorrow, maybe she's motivated, and therefore perhaps you should be too. Only one left. LOL. All the best!

Thank you all ((((fellow alanoners))))) for your heartfelt replies,this board is always so warming ,

Thank you bo for suggesting I go tomorrow,your right it is just one apartment,
The lady has had over 40 replies on it since June ,
I may go on tomorrow,
She has had it empty for a good long time,all family lives around about it,
I am leery of why she hasn't already rented it.
I'm keeping my eyes ,ears and an open mind with this decision,
Just hopeing and wishing it all works out,and it is in hp will for me to have it.
That being said ,,,if I get it then great that's what hp wanted,if I don't get it then great to then I know it wasn't in hp will,
Just waiting on the outcome,
I will be keeping y'all updated on this situation,,,,,,,it will be a very slow process..

Remember Step 11..."praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out."

YOU pray for the knowledge of his will...and for YOU to have the power to carry that out.

Go tomorrow. See it. Maybe you will see why there's been 40 inquiries and it's not rented. Or maybe you will see why it is for you!

YOU have to take action, YOU have to carry that out. Look for his will, feel it -- and then YOU carry it out!!!
